The community offers amenities like heated saltwater pools/spas, bocce ball, and beautiful landscaped grounds. Tennis/pickleball and golf are also available on location for an additional fee.
Awesome place, for a great price. My friends and I were there for the Coachella festival and this place was a quick 8-10 minute drive to the shuttle parking lot. I would definitely stay here again!

Billy's place is great and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Palm Springs area. The property was exactly as pictured and clean as a whistle. The community is beautiful with quite a few amenties. We would definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed at Palm Desert in Billy and Shea's listing. The place was very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and tools needed to whip up even elaborate meals. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit again.
